1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Virtual downloadable products
Gift cards or vouchers
Personalized or customized products
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

3. Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all return shipping (courier) charges.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Alif Trending is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, the customer may choose:
- An alternative product of equal value, or
- A refund as per our refund policy.
Additional price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos as evidence.
Alif Trending will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
